[July 31st US Stock Options Leaderboard]

Two major highlights make a strong appearance: $Meta(META)$ recorded a single-day total of $114 million in Call options, with a net purchase reaching $74.93 million (B:S 82:1), benefiting from Q2 earnings exceeding expectations and an explosion in AI advertising business. The used car trading platform $Carvana Co.(CVNA)$ saw an active buy order of $106 million (B:S 453:1), combined with record revenues, causing the stock price to soar by 16%.

At the same time, $UnitedHealth(UNH)$ and $Netflix(NFLX)$ continue to face massive Put hedging, with the "tail risk" in the healthcare and streaming sectors being tightly defended by capital.
