I made a mistake before:


Constantly holding back big moves, always feeling that the next feature must be a hit. But this only wastes development resources and makes oneself seem busy, without any real benefit.

The effective approach should be the "hypothesize-experiment-measure-iterate" cycle. Each iteration should enable the MRR to rise predictably. Even if it's only +0.1%.

Use quantitative thinking to create products, rather than groping in the dark.
Abandon gambling mentality, use low-cost small experiment combinations, and continue compounding to steadily raise the MRR curve.
