This includes sponsorship fees of $199,500, booth fees of $100,000, demand generation activity costs of $25,000, travel expenses of $20,000, merchandise costs of $10,000, photography and videography expenses of $5,000, and other miscellaneous expenses. These funds come from Events Bounty and OpenGov Treasury, and the proposal was approved by the DAO community through voting.
